The DuPont Certified Commercial Refinisher Program (CCRP) demonstrates
to customers that we meet DuPont's high standards. Requirements
include meeting standards for safety, training, shop conditions,
paint equipment and procedures, and paint products use and application.

Paint is applied in Ideal's 60 X 24 foot heated downdraft paint
booth providing you with a clean, properly cured paint finish. Two
screw type compressors supply ample air to Ideal's high volume,
low pressure paint equipment which transfers more paint to your
vehicle (less waste). Using our DuPont Colornet® computer formulations,
Ideal carefully controls mixing and color tinting in Ideal's paint
mixing room.
All of those jobs sport DuPont Automotive Finishes. Ideal uses virtually
the entire DuPont fleet finishes lineup: Imron® polyurethane
enamel, Imron 6000® Low-VOC basecoat/clearcoat, Imron® 5000
Low-VOC and single-stage, and Centari® acrylic enamel. For long
life and good adhesion range, primers are used under the paint.
Variprime® and Corlar® on aluminum and bare steel, Tufcote*
for construction equipment, and URO Primer-Filler as a build primer.
